Cobra King F6 Irons

CobraF6_7i_hero_HighA few weeks ago, I put out an “amber alert” for my golf game.  Not that I was playing terrible golf, I just wasn’t comfortable with my game.  Since then, I made a big change moving to the Cobra King F6 Irons, and spent a little time on the range.  As you know, you never get your game back after one trip to the range, but once I became comfortable with the F6 irons, I realized even when I was “missing” shots, they were not as bad as they were with my previous irons.  When I didn’t make solid contact, or hit toward the heel of the club, there was a lot more forgiveness in these irons.  As my game came around and I was making better contact with the ball, I notice with the F6, my distance was a little longer and I had much more control.

For the longest time, I didn’t have a 3-iron in my bag.  I decided with this new set, to drop the G-wedge and move to a 3-iron.  I am hitting this iron, better than I ever have in my life!  On those holes where a driver or 3-wood might be too much, or I am looking for a specific position into the green, I have 100% confidence hitting this off the tee, or from the fairway.

Like “tin cup” the 7-iron is my go to club.  The design and feel of the F6 irons just give me irons_speed_channel_imgethat added boost of confidence to hit a knockdown shot, or high flier into the green.  I have just as much confidence in the 8, 9 and PW.

Overall, my game has come back and I am once again shooting in the 80-85 range with an occasional dip into the high 70’s.  Anytime my golf scores can seem like a nice spring day weather forecast, I feel pretty good about it!
